This action and drama packed short snippet covers the time from a few days before Jori and Olivia's wedding to a few days afterward. Some plots include merging their lives in preparation for marriage, another baby making an exciting entrance, and some intrigue regarding Marine Marc both professionally and personally. The mystery surrounding Scarlet remains unanswered and Marc's story ends with him in the hospital suggesting a sequel.

I enjoyed reading your book. I hope there's a sequel to see how Mac did this is the second one I've read and I've enjoyed them both
Mrs. Weaver weaves a wonderful story. Very entertaining read!
I'm so glad more of Jori's romance was shared in this book. He's one of my favorite characters in this series. He deserved to have happiness in life and he had to overcome so much trauma. I love how this author pulls you into the characters' emotions as the story evolves.
I don't think I had a full book something happened and it just end it all the sudden without notice. I don't think that it was complete. Otherwise it was okay.
This story continues the romance begun in Torn Canvas, with the two characters learning to balance their professional and personal lives. Their wedding is complicated by so many factors. Trying to keep it secret from Olivia's fans to preserve their privacy. An unexpected, but very welcome, arrival. And their concern for their friend Marc who may be involved with a potentially dangerous woman.
I've enjoyed all the stories in this series.

Sometimes the best thing about reading is finding a new story about old friends. That on top of Weaver's beautiful writing and this story felt like coming home after a long time away.
I was already in love with the characters from the Safe Harbors series. Jori and Olivia particularly and couldn't wait to read about their wedding. Oh the heart flutters at that thought. All my favorites were back and this is a perfect followup to Torn Canvas.
Reading this novella was one of the best things about my holiday weekend. Can't wait to pick up the next one.

Jori has big plans on the marriage front, but some drama is going to ensue to complicate his life and affect those around him. I read the 1.5 novella awhile ago; that novella and this one make me want to read the whole series.
